"Great location, awesome amenities and a competent management Team!! I've had a great rental experience with this apartment. Clean building, maintenance team was quick to respond to any requests no matter the level of urgency and no hassles by management. I unfortunately moved from this location but this team was very helpful Bianca assisted me every step of the way, from leasing questions and any other move out tips. Bianca's resident centricity made for a smooth move-out process as we all known how stressful moving is. I recommend renting from Arrive Loring Park they care about their community!"

My roommate and I looked at many different apartments in the Minneapolis area. We were mainly looking for safe area, good amenities, garage parking and mainly in our price range. We looked at 3 different 2 bedroom layouts in the building and absolutely fell in love with all of them because they all had a different layout! I have loved living at Arrive! The management is so amazing! Fredrick is very welcoming, kind and helpful! He is always asking my roommate and I if we are good and if we need anything! The building is very clean and safe!
